1) FFS, Southern. Get your shite together.

2) Why is it lawyers who are so fricking depressed about their decent white collar jobs? You don't see a bunch of CPAs moping around about how they could've been awesome stone crab fishermen. It's a job; do it and go home to your family. Buy a ski boat for the weekends and shut up.

except, you know, I do. You think Kean Miller or Phelps Dunbar are paying first year associates 90-100?

The biggest 4-5 firms in BR are all now paying over 90k to first year associates.

So did Atticus Finch. Seems like that guy fails the bar every year.

Accounting is not inherently adversarial. Law generally is. And the part that isn't is boring as hell.

Catniss Everdeen failed too. Not surprising considering she couldn't spell Katniss correctly

Sonofabitch - are we STILL making lawyers? Seriously, kids, we're full up. You cats should have gone to business school or engineering - something useful.

I thought 41% was pretty good for them.

I admit I'm like this. I love law, I just don't like where I am.

Looks like Peter Dyakowski failed and I thought he was the smartest guy in the history of LSU football.

Kudos though to the obscure LSU football reference, while going down in flames.

I should have gone to medical school or I should have studied chemical engineering.

My class was in the 60's. At the time I thought they were righting the ship, but now realize it was an anomaly.

I think my class had a ridiculously high passage rate.
