So I'm coming to the end of my college career and I have a solid gut to show for it. The late nights at freds riddled with beers and shortly followed by pluckers or cheap pizza have finally caught up to me.

So guys who have been in a similar situation, do y'all have any pointers on how to get rid of this dad body? TIA

PS. I have accepted the dad bod, not tryin to be a roid head or Mr. Workout guy. Just want to get back in shape.

Stop being a disgusting fat body and watch what you eat and workout. Pretty simple

Stop doing this

Eat fairly decent

Start working out

It's not that hard really

Drink water. Doing this alone will give you some great results.

Stop eating junk after 9 pm.

Join a gym.

LSU has lakes. Walk, run, or bike around them several times a week.

Quit drinking. Run. Don't eat a bunch of cheap carbs. Take Spirulina.. In powder form. 2 tablspoons in 16 oz of water, every morning.

Eat healthy, its not difficult. You can work out all you want but if you arent changing your diet it's pointless

It tastes terrible and there's really nothing you can do to change that. But yes, it works and it's incredible. It will clean your system out.

I take two tablespoons and put mix it in a large tumbler with ice water, then strain it into a drinking glass. Then I hold my nose and chug it.

Pretty simple.

Eat less. Move around more.

But if you need specifics cut out any and all sugar. Go run outside in the heat once a day for about a mile.
Drink a gallon of water a day.

The first week or so you won't see a difference but when your metabolism does spike, usually after the first week or two, the fat falls off so dang quick.
In 30 days your belly will be gone.
I've done it.

you know what the problem is, because you stated it in your initial post. the only way to get rid of the gut is to get rid of the habits that caused it in the first place...

welcome to a struggle that will last for the rest of your life...
