Pugs are no joke, you don't want to take ANY chances.

a tiny pug running along side me I'm not going to deem it a threat that needs a kick to defend myself

Everything in the article says it was running at him , not "along side" him.

Does that really matter?

No. IMO, the jogger was justified to the fullest severity he saw fit.

Look how scary those things are. I mean if you don't kick the shite out of them, who knows what could happen.

Dogs run around, tun toward, or even slightly jump on me, but my first instinct isn't to kill the damn thing.

Dude is a coward.

It also says it was running back when he kicked it.
Do you really feel threatened at the idea of a pug running towards you?

Which dog do you think can get a better grip? One that looks like it has it's face kicked in, or one with a longer snout that can latch onto to someone? Pugs can't get much of a grip on things.

So pugs should get a free pass because they can't bite hard, and are exempt from leash laws? Wtf?

If the dog is on a leash this incident never happens.....

It's like idiots who don't wear seat belts, or worse dont't strap their kids in. They get ejected and die in car accidents. Most likely walk away if seatbelt on.

Common sense people.

I would assume those are vaccinated since they're putting it by their kids, but some people suck, you never know.

How do i know a random fricking puntable dog running at me is vaccianted?

How are the two even close to comparable? One is a car accident that isn't intentional, another is a man intentionally punting a dog.

Violations of leash laws does not give anyone (besides cops?) absolute authority to kill a dog. All it means is that the person is subject to fines or other measures stated in the law.

I feel as if "frick, I don't want this thing to bite me or frick up my clothes. let me kick it so it will run away back to its piece of shite owner"

Lisi says otherwise, however. According to her, the 15-pound 2-year-old dog named Mei Fun was returning to her when the man went out of his way to kick it.

I don't believe her

Unless it attacks said person.
