The plane is registered to a music label or band as best I can tell.

ETA: Registered to Donald Hoffman LLC, but as I walked by, there was some lettering on the door that had a music label listed.

Likely a holding company due to the cost the aircraft. Metroliners are old... this one is 35.

Good point. Cost split between parties would explain the registration to the LLC and clear the confusion about the music label.
