For those that don't know, the Darkhorse podcast tore this to shreds last week. It was just an abstract that was somehow accepted into some health conference, there was no data or methods given (at that time) and several other abstracts from the conference are also complete bunk....

I don't even know if they're good investments but Lennar is building the ugliest damn neighborhoods I've ever seen in my area. I can't stand the prefab townhouses, may as well live in an apartment....

There should be one age of adulthood. I'm sick of this of this we have different ages for every different thing, if you're a legal adult you have the same privileges as every other legal adult, period. Anything else is just special interest groups getting lobby money from massive corporations....
