Do whole30 without the fruits and watch the weight fly off. Essentially paleo and low carb. Starting StrongLifts 5x5

Raw juice it up. If you have Netflix, watch Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. And you don't have to go to an all raw juice diet, just drink as many as you can in a day.

I lost a pound a day for over a month.
Tons of water all day every day. *Cold water (your body speeds up its metabolism to warm the water to get it the right temperature to digest)
No sugar. No saturated fats.
Run your arse off in the hottest environment possible. Two miles a day.

If you want to add muscle just throw in weights and tons of protein. (Meats, fish and chicken mixed with shakes throughout the day. Hardcore muscle: a gram of protein per pound you weigh)

You can do that in 3 months. I did. I went from a 34 to a 28 waist and lost 40 lbs in 3 months doing nothing but light exercise and eating better.

A 28 waist??

Yeap, I did with keto.

Don't cheat though, no sneaking beers or sodas.

Follow the 17 day diet exactly as written. Finish the program. I called bullshite when my family (dad, stepmom, aunt and uncle) started it. Saw the results. Did it just to give it a go, lost 9% of weight in first 17-day cycle.

17-day diet

That's just factually 100% untrue.

LOL at the downvotes on my first post. I actually did lose 55 lbs in just over a month. When I went into the hospital on Nov. 7 I weighed 255 lbs. When I came home on Dec. 8 I weighed 206.8. This morning I weighed 198 exactly.

I think I should actually focus on the shape of the gut.

You can't actually do this directly. There is no "spot reducing" (without surgery, anyway). There is no magic. To burn fat (to lose weight, period), you have to generate a calorie deficit. You can work out and build muscle and do high intensity intervals (I wouldn't recommend long cardio and endurance sessions unless you're training for a specific event. Best research we have suggests this actually makes your body burn fewer calories by becoming more efficient).

You can select smaller portions and choose more healthy food - generally fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, lean cuts of meat and fish, and healthy oils such as peanut or olive - avoiding as much as possible empty calories such as in starches - potatoes, bread, rice, pasta.

You have to do it the right way or you will gain it all back very quickly.

1. Meal prep for the week on Sundays so you always have something healthy to eat. I usually go with grilled chicken, baked green beans and a carb like pasta. Weigh that shite so you can track cals and macros.
2. Do 30-45 min cardio as soon as you wake up. It doesn't have to be extreme, just some moderate cardio that puts your HR around 65-70%.
3. Do some real light cardio like walking for 15 min after 8pm.

Keep main meals to 400-500 cals and add in some mid am/pm 150-200 cal snack like a protein shake. Add in a late night casein protein shake before you go to bed. You will wake up hungry, but get your cardio in before you eat anything.

If your daily burn rate is 3000-3500 cals per day and you run a 1K per day deficit, you will drop a legit 2lbs per week. Over 3 months, that shite will add up and you will drop weight/inches easily.

Dude I went from 171-161 in about 2.5 weeks when they fricked up some labs and it looked like I had a really high a1c glucose. Scared the living shite out of me.

Decided to keep it off as I was eating way too many snacks and carbs.

I'd say your goal is easily attainable. Also I wouldn't completely cut out carbs. You're probably eating hundreds of g of carbs right now if your diet is like most. Just keep it around 100 and make sure they're all nutrient rich and eat some healthy fats with them to lower any glucose spikes.

Yep. I was about as swollen as a tick. Between the drain tubes and Lasics (spelling?) Ive shed what amounts to over a five gallon bucket of fluids.

Just eat cottage cheese and laxatives. 10 days and you'll be there.
