re: If evolution is a lie, why do we share every physical characteristic with other animals?

Not all organisms share these. The fact that they DON'T is a better argument for evolution than your drunken musings.

The theory of evolution is a whole lot of guessing and suppositions. People find what they believe to be real. It's a lie

If science can only observe the theory of evolution wrt to how it explains are origins is a lie. That's why every article involving it has the words guess, scientists think, probably, etc. Evolution is man's biggest modern lie

Tell me why I share DNA with every plant, animal, etc then.

We share about 2% DNA with Neanderthals and could breed with them.

The fact they use words like think, probably, etc. doesn't mean nothing has been proved as fact. It just means not everything is known and has been proved as fact.

I have no issue with religion, but there are billiins of more facts and proof that support evolution than there are facts and proof that support the Christian God exists.

I mean, it's pretty much the bible, faith, and people claiming to feel Gods presence... that's it. So, as far as proof or scientific evidence... just the bible.

DNA proves evolution is fact, just alot of people don't want to accept it.

Hell, id even go as far to say that survival of the smartest, most equipped, powerful, etc in a way is the reason Christianity is so popular. If the native Americans had been the ones that took over the world we'd probably have a ton of people that believed in animism.

No way you went to Georgia tech if you can’t figure this out on your own.

There used to be more transitional species, but we killed many of them, others died off in various ways.

Yeah, and if I wanted to control the way people thought and made sure my book would be believed by the masses into perpetuity, that’s exactly what I’d write.

Then you’ve never taken a comparative anatomy class or studied transitional fossils.

Why can’t people believe God crested life and let shite happen on its own? If he allows free will of his finest creation(us) then surely he would allow free will of nature, right?

That could lead to evolution. Some religious folk take it too far as in word for word in the Bible. They pick and choose way too much shite.

Cars from different manufacturers have 4 tires, a steering wheel, and the gas and brake pedals in the same configuration.

Conclusion: Cars evolved from the iron ore in the ground.

Tell me something genius. How do you explain how a couple of men thousands of years ago described a nuclear bomb so well: how it melts a human, how it looks like a scroll with wings, that it contains fire, and that it flies, and has the ability to cause an earthquake. That's some impressive bull shite, especially considering most of it was described something like 3000 years ago. Have you read that part of the prophets? If that had been described 100 years ago, it would have been indescribably impressive.

Did you read the part of the bible where it says that women can't speak in church, or hold a position there? Did you also read the part where women are supposed to cover their heads (like Muslims)? Did you also read the part of the bible where it says that women are created for men, and if a woman wants to learn something, she should ask her husband in the home? Did you read the part of the bible where it tells you how to properly beat your slave and how to also properly mark your slave? Did you also read that one part of the bible where it told you when it was the right time to stone your son/daughters in the town square for talking back to you?

These guys from a few thousand years ago, really were onto something weren't they? The Abrahamic religion (christians, jews, muslims) is the biggest croc of shite in the world. Why do you think these religions are holding the world back? Imagine how much more advanced we would be as a society if we didn't have those 3 religions holding back the world. Imagine not having to fight wars with one another because one religion's group is sitting on top a shite ton of oil.

Amen, brother. When I was 27, I converted to Catholicism. Grew up a Baptist. There were many, many reasons I did it, but one great big one was that the RC church did not require me to accept the words of Genesis literally. I love God and I love science, and science tells me evolution is a fact. Sure, we are continuing to refine what evolution was and is through the scientific method (that's what science is -- the search for truth through trial and error). But it is no less a fact.

You don't think it's possible someone witnessed a meteorite touching down? Or perhaps a volcanic eruption where material was jettisoned quite a distance?

Or, you know, they could have just been good story tellers exaggerating something far more mundane for purposes of keeping folks in line and in a community.

Look at the complexity of the human ear. You have an outer ear that is shaped to amplify sounds, an auditory canal that amplifies low sounds of human speech. tympanic membrane that vibrates with the sound moving 3 of the smallest bones in the body with the smallest bone moving fluid within the cochlea. The fluid moves, setting into motion 25,000 nerve endings which send an electrical signal to your brain via your auditory nerve. Your brain then processes the signal and you hear. And all of this happens almost instantaneously. (And this is simplified btw. I encourage you to Google the rest)

If there is a breakdown at any point in the system, the whole system breaks down and you are unable to hear. And all of this would have had to evolve at the same time in order for survival of the fittest to take place. After all, what good would one animal having an auditory nerve do for its survival if it didn’t have the rest of the hearing mechanism?

That's incorrect. Same stupid argument is made for describing the workings of the eye. ("What good is half an eye?" or some bullshite.) Having the ability to receive and react to stimulus, that increases survivability compared to another, is better than not having that ability regardless of how developed it is.

It is/was as step by step process over geological time.

I’m gonna ignore the part of this that doesn’t make sense, which is all of it

Evolution and survival of the fittest says we would still fight over resources.

I think we should attack all the theories, not just evolution.

frick Gravitation! (Well, I guess relativity already did that.)

frick Relativity!

I mean, after all, they are ONLY theories.
