Why do people care much one way or the other?

It's a product of deduction man come on. It did break down, over and over again until all that was left was the very best design. Why is that so hard for people to understand? Nah. As I said earlier, shared DNA doesn’t prove evolution. I’m aware of human chromosome 2 and it certainly doesn’t “prove” evolution.
I personally believe in evolution, but human chromosome 2 doesn’t prove it.

Instead of it being remnants of a tail, it could just be an extension of the backbone the body needs for certain muscle groups to connect to.
