Not as long as TigerFred lives in Katy. Automatically decreases property values.

I bet a bunch of those people were coming home from the Rockets game
My friends were saying they were advising people not to leave last night. Lot of people camped out in Toyota Center. Can't imagine.

I did a quick skim of the thread, so sorry but need an update: Is I-10 passable between Houston and Baton Rouge? My son needs to drive home.

It's probably still flooded right by downtown and I-45, but he should be able to take 610 around the north side to solve that. it might be completely passable now though

Check transtar Houston website for the most up to date information. Once out of Houston, I believe everything is clear, but there were several areas still under water in the city.

selling my condo... home inspector was scheduled for 930 AM this morning.

Of course my place sprung a massive leak last night. Of course, that's how it always works.

It was closed at 10 and 610 EB this morning and also somewhere around 10 and 45 intersection. If he wants to be extra safe, he could likely take the beltway around but will have to pay several tolls.

And agreed Houston Transtar is the best place for info on roads.

Sounds like you were trying to pull a fast one on inspectors if a little water burst a pipe

it's been a recurring problem with a leaky door. I had a guy in to fix it last september. Sounds more like I got a shitty contractor.

I work off Louetta and 249. You can really tell who in the office lives in the Cypress/Tomball area today.

Today was my best commute in the 3 months since I moved to Fairfield.
