Honeymoon Recommendations

I am looking to plan a Honeymoon in late May, and instead of going to the OT to ask for suggestions, I figured this was the best place to ask. We would like to stay in the Caribbean, and price won't necessarily be a factor. Any and all suggestions are appreciated!

We did palace resorts and loved it. However, I'm sure there's much better. There's also much worse I'd imagine.

I posted this in an Honeymoon thread on the OT last week. Hopefully this will give you some info. That time of year, prices are down.
Let me give you some general info. Don't leave for the honeymoon the day after the wedding. Just get a hotel room and crash for a day. Many of the smaller islands have flights coming in and out once a day, if you miss that your are out of luck till the next day. If you insist on AI, Trip Advisor's Top All Inclusives you can get much more bang for your buck through AirB&B or VRBO

Great advice. I wish we would have waited a few days before heading out.

BVI. You can do VRBO and get a place on Tortola and day trip to other islands. There are also a couple of very nice resorts on Virgin Gorda if that's your thing.

Excellence Playa Mujeres was a great time in June for my honeymoon.

Caneel Bay on St. John is a pretty solid spot.

We did St Lucia and stayed at Sugar Beach. It was amazing. There are several phenomenal hotels on the island.

Get a villa and a jeep in St. Barths.

St. Barth's or Providenciales. Don't do all inclusive if you don't have to budget wise.

You'd get much better advice on the OT-like Otis's post for instance.

We did Rosewood Resort Little Dix Bay on Virgin Gorda and it was worth every penny

Cabo. Have the option to do all-inclusive or not. Tons of activities to do in town/the area. Town is safe so you don't have to stay in your hotel/resort the entire time.
