Last May we had The Gulf, Cosmos, and Louisiana Lagniappe. Enjoyed the food at all three. Would rank my meals LL, The Gulf, Cosmos.
Someone else mentioned the grouper sandwich at The Gulf. It was damn good. And the vibe there is solid when the weather is nice. ...

I booked a 3/2 condo during the first week of May in Gulf Shores for 4 nights for just under $1200. Seems fairly reasonable to me. We stayed in the same building last year and it was great. Great parking, great pools, easy access to beach with chair available for purchase.
Under $1200 seems fair...

It's a carpal tunnel release, it doesn't really matter who you go to. Unless you are looking for something specific as there are multiple ways to do it with no one way really being better in the long term (ie. open vs. mini-open vs. endoscopic vs. US guided).

I’m assuming you did HPSP to pay for medical school and have 4 years active duty commitment. In that case I would do my time as a GMO and then separate for residency so you can do a civilian residency. ...

As someone alluded to, adolescent girls are much more prone to ligamentous injuries, especially ACL tears, than their male counterparts. ACL tear in that age group are almost 5 to 1 female to male.

As others have alluded to, there are many “flavors” of tibial plateau fractures. A non-displaced fracture only involving one side of the plateau with no joint depression is much different than a bi-condylar fracture with joint line depression.
