Well for a year now I have been supporting my wife's grandmother, mother, brother and his two kids. My wife said the grocery bill is about 1,500 a month. I have 3 kids of my own. That's ten people im supporting including my self. FML, oh and super one.

I used to live a block away from a Rouse's. We pretty much didn't keep any frozen food. We'd just run to Rouse's every day to get whatever we wanted to cook that night. So my grocery bill was like $15-$30 every day . We'd only keep snacks and drinks. Now the wife does all the shopping, so I have absolutely no clue.

Trader Joes and fresh market are such rip offs. Regular grocery stores carry "organic" for far less.

Lowes foods? They are not expensive. The price of meat/milk, in general is like robbery tho.

Albertson's, Trader Joe's, Bet-R, sometimes Fresh Pickin's, occasionally Calandro's, Whole Foods, or Fresh Market... we mix it up a good bit depending on whether it's a large shopping trip or just something we need in a pinch or just getting something for that night's dinner.

I don't buy anything organic. Trader Joes is cheaper than the normal grocery stores here for the items I buy there

That's what we do mostly, but I get all my produce at my store because it's better quality than everywhere else, save whole foods. Plus it's cheaper for me.
