My younger sister went last year for a HS field trip... We went to the fricking zoo... Still pissed about that.

Stayed on the side of cliff's of Santorini. Beautiful. Black sand beach, ruins, winery and Senior Zorbas (Mexican food). lol. Athens is awesome. So much to see with side trips to other parts. I love their lifestyle.
Been twice.

Lived there 2 and half years outside of Athens while in the Navy....FWIW..I would still be there had we not closed the base.

Yeah I always wondered about this. Did they get mixed with the Turks or what?

Yeah, many of them were raped and enslaved, so it wasn't exactly their choice. It's the same story with the Iberians and Romans, since many of them were bred out after conquest by Moors and Berbers.

The collectivist Germanic Visigoths and Norsemen easily conquered and finished off Rome at this point, because miscegenation weakened them and watered down their society which allowed the collectivist and pure Visigoths and Aryans to cakewalk through southern Europe and finish them off at ease.

Greek isles >>>> Greek mainland

From what I've heard, there isn't much to do besides looking at the historical landmarks. I'd like to go though, looks incredible.

Yes I did and loved it. But I did a road trip throughout the mainland region called the Peloponnesus (haven't been to the islands such as you pictures). Highly recommend it if you love natural beauty and/or history! Of course the food is amazing too

Yeah, been to Rhodes too. It's been 17 years ago and all I remember is riding a donkey to top of some hill to look at ruins. I can't remember what they were though. I remember the shopping was good.

Albanians are also ruining Greece.

Pretty sure most of those pics are from Mykonos. I have been there. I was in the Navy and we were there during the off season. Not much going on. Pretty nice though.

Actually they did. Not only the Greeks, but the Romans as well. Nero and Caligula were both described as having blonde hair and light blue eyes on all accounts.

Columbus was "ruddy" and redheaded, as was Noah and King David. In fact, "Adam" and "Edom" translates to "rust" or "ruddy" in Aramaic. This means the original Semites had the ability to blush.

Athens sucks.

I enjoyed Athens. Was there in January 1997 and felt very safe walking around the Plaka by myself.

Best breakfast buffet I remember ever seeing was at the Makedonia Palace in Thessaloniki.

Coworker is from Greece. Visits once a year and always tells me about it. I would move there in a heartbeat of I was already set up financially.

Wife and I went 3 years ago. It is spectacular, but don't just stick to Santorini. Olympia, Delphi and especially Athens are also awesome, just not for the scenic views. The acropolis is surreal.
