I don't need to work shoulders for gainz. People keep asking me what I do. I tell them nothing and they cry right there.

You should work with heavier weights for the desired weight to feel lighter. You need at least 400lbs.

I know im supposed to brag in this thread, but shoulder press is without a doubt the most frustrating lift I deal with. It progesses so fricking slowly.

barbell, 5x5, microloading 5 lbs every other day. 1 pl8 is the goal...eventually.

Saw this skinny dude slap 135 on the bench yesterday. He looked like hes never pressed anything with more resistance than a door, so i watched.

Sure enough, he brings the bar down about 3 inches his whole set.
