I shoulder press the 80's on a good day. I don't feel guilty at all.

When the dude that just put them down was struggling to do flat bench with them, then he stands at the water fountain trying not to be caught watching you in the mirror? Cuz I don't feel frickin guilty at all. Jesus these gainz are too much for one man.
Yeah he's watching you struggle to do 1/4 lifts with those 75s shaking his head because he just got done with his warmup set.

Hopefully you're joking......
Even my broken down arse can rep out 75's on shoulder press at 20+ reps.

I don't need to work shoulders for gainz. People keep asking me what I do. I tell them nothing and they cry right there.

What are you working with? What's your routine?

if you are still worried about numbers in the gym and you're not a competitive power lifter you are doing it wrong.

Sounds like two guys without jobs if yall are at the gym in the middle of a work day.

Saw this skinny dude slap 135 on the bench yesterday. He looked like hes never pressed anything with more resistance than a door, so i watched.
Sure enough, he brings the bar down about 3 inches his whole set.
Was probably op
