Are you doing full reps or half reps? I see people at the gym doing half reps with high weight all the time. What's the point?

My gym's dumbbells only go to 75 but I only do sets of 10 with the 65's anyways.

I can't say for sure because I've never been such a bitch. But I don't think guilty would be the right word. You're trying your hardest darnnit! Do not feel guilty for that. I would say embarrassed. But everyone has to start somewhere
