I think you baws may need some functional training and a goal to focus on more than how much weight you put up. How about climbing a big peak, doing a triathlon, or just not being such a roided up douche?

I'll add in side and front raises for accessory work, but the shoulder press is the main shoulder lift I do.

75 lbs is a lot of weight for shoulder press.

frick yes so if im/ure lifting 135 or 45s on the bar no shame. ..in fact I don't care about precetpoion, only that I get a solid work out, ever try 21''s baw?
