My buddy told me he was with a girl and her friend at a bar and the friend started balling crying because some dude apparently wasn't giving her the time of day. fricking pathetic, grow up.

I've seen grown men and women walk into a casino and spend their whole paycheck.
If that counts.
If that counts.

Not sure what the big deal is, it's a natural defense mechanism. If someone is mean to you then you cry and they're less likely to be mean to you. shite works, why not try it?

Plenty of times. There's a few girls at my office who have cried after getting screamed at by a client. I don't know what to say to them, so I act like it's not happening.

I had to build a cry room out of two unused offices. The call center director told me it was going to be a conference room. Then let it slip it was going to be a cry room. I asked WTF is a cry room, and she told me that was where the recorded calls for training were reviewed with employees and it would become a blabber fest.

Not much crying but they've been attracting a lot of bears into the office.

Yes. If you don't pull out. They start freaking out about pregnancy or their husband finding out because their not "fresh" when they get home.

I've seen it a few times.
Once had a somewhat new receptionist come into my office and break down about one of the executive assistants being mean to her (she wasn't), and making her wash the dishes (part of her job requirements when hired). Freaked me out. Told her not bring that shite in here and to suck it up. Steered clear of her, until she quit a few weeks later.

plenty of men.
When I was on 40 milligrams of prednisone, I had a tendency to get emotional. A couple of times I came close to tears when arguing for a coworker. I'm talking about a Dick Vermeil talking about Kurt Warner type speech. My office loved it when I'd get that way.

Had one this summer, I convinced her this wasn't the place for her to work. Most of the people working in the office are women, all really cool.

My too-nice GF does probably once a month. Work shite should never make you cry. Unless it's worry about losing job and providing for family, gotta let that shite slide.
This is her first job after college though. I give her slack... or she'll frickin cry.
I go through the same thing with my wife.
