I was as far from frat as it got and dated 4 different sorority girls during and after college. Hooked up with several others. I got to know a few Phi Mu, DZ, and Chi O chicks my freshman year and went to parties from then on. Later on you'll find the ones tired of frat guys who just wanna bang. Those are the most funnest.

Dont fail out and study. Meet some hot chicks at your swim coach hob. stay in a good dorm next year. Meet some chicks there. Rush theta chi or that Asian frat next year. Meet girls in class ( lose weight, get game). Join a club with hot girls like rowing or chess. Profit

If you're in a smaller program that encourages group work its like shooting fish in a barrel. Most of them will be pretty sick of greek shite by their third year.

Film club is another good one, equestrian is crawling with hotties as is Block & Bridle.
Another technique is to learn Autocad, Revit, and 3DS Max and offer to tutor Interior Design students in those programs. They have to use them for their massive semester projects, but their professors never teach them how to use them. ID girls are generally hot, lonely, attention-starved, and have low standards on account of having been basically locked away in the design studio working on projects so they have no social life after about year 2. My SO is in interior design (I met her before she was in the program) and several friends of mine have met girls and dated girls by doing this. It's like shooting fish in a barrel...if those fish were begging to get shot, painted targets on their backs, and handed you the bullets and gun while swimming in place.
