Seriously. I'd rather be in the field than in the office all day. Luckily, I'll get a bit of both.

When someone tells me how much they love their job I just ask if they'd keep going if the company quit paying them.....that ends the conversation usually.

Speaking from experience, considering the plants aren't really hiring right now.

I've gotten to the point where I despise my job. But, I don't leave a job unless I have something lined up.

Been doing some repetitive garbage work since I told them I was actively looking for a job.
