I'm doing this as a summer job to put on my resume but I honestly feel terrible for the people that have to do this for a living. Your at work for 530 bussed in, searched and bussed out and searched at 430. This shite is miserable.

Meh, I worked at a plant summers during college. I thought the same thing. Now that I'm middle aged and tired of "the rat race" for revenue, new business, fighting competitors, there's a part of me that envies them and mindlessly repetitive acts all day.
Sure, I make more money than them (most) but a lot of them are doing well and have unions and pretty good benefits. How much money do we need, really?
Don't know what industry you are dealing with, but that was my experience.
