And here's some knowledge from the article:
• In 2005, Black people accounted for 13% of the total U.S. population yet they were the victims of 49% of all the nation's murders; and 93% of black murder victims were killed by other black people.
• Less than half of black students graduated from high school in 2005.
• In 2009, 73% of black children were born to unmarried mothers.
• In 2012, blacks in New York constituted 78% of shooting suspects and 74% of all shooting victims even though they are less than 23% of the city’s population. Young black men in New York are 36 times more likely to be murdered than young white men.
• Today, black males between the ages of 14 and 17 commit homicide at ten times the rate of white and Hispanic males of the same age combined.
• In many urban areas, the black illegitimacy rate is well over 80 percent.
• The national unemployment rate for blacks is over 13%, nearly five points above the average for all Americans. And black teen unemployment is over 40 %.
Are you ok with these numbers? Think they'll improve? What can be done to reverse the trend?

Those numbers all relate to the disproportionate amount of blacks that are poor. They aren't inherently more violent or unintelligent.
It's a terrible cycle that's hard to find a solution. It's hard to blame the people, but without personal responsibility nothing will change. It's almost unfixable.
The difference really is only skin color.

It isn't a race issue, it's a culture issue. Find a random black person in Europe and they have a completely different culture than American blacks.

It's a culture of poverty. Poor white people listen to the same music, have the same tattoos, get arrested for the same crimes etc

The problem with the way this is discussed is in your pulled quote.
Yet when you impose "help" by threat of punishment (taking benefits, subsidies, etc away) you have a direct, adverse affect on those same children.
If that cannot be understood first, the conversation cannot take place.

Wrong, violent crime arrest rates are much different. Drugs would be something in common just different types. Whites would be more Meth and pharma.

So, you're assumption is that these people are incapable of earning a decent wage on their own through cognitive or physical limitations?
The system is built to be a poverty trap. It's a widely accepted social term. The solution to poverty isn't through entitlements, which creates the trap. It's through investment that creates employment.

Isn't a race. My point was to people claiming that it is a race issue. It isn't a race issue, the color of one's skin doesn't make one act in a certain manner. Blacks in Europe and blacks here are the same race, their cultures are what differ, which is my point.

Cap the # of kids the taxpayers support at 3 and you would see some people at least attempting to be more responsible. Since most of these "dads" aren't pulling their weight in society and living off the government tit also how about we cut their subsidies and give it to the kid then the drain on the public is a net 0.
