Give corporate tax breaks to companies that increase non-CEO pay. This may exist already, not sure.
Just wanted to run this idea and ask what ya'll think....

Lived in Opelousas until I turned 13. Went to middle school at OC. My family ended up buying property in Carencro and sent me to Tuerlings.
My grandparents still live in Park Vista and I drive by there to see them and couple of childhood buddies. For the most part, my entire family left the area....
