Eliminate welfare abuse and the problem corrects itself.
Mothers having multiple children for a government check every month for every child is to blame.
Why should they name the father? He's not a guarantee to pay every month but the Gov is.

No, but AAs have lower access to healthcare than most. I'm saying instead of advertising the pill or condoms (many of which these people have never been taught to use - trust me, I taught a sex ed class in NOLA east) we should instead use more long term methods, ie implants.
Also, the only advertisements here for Planned Parenthood is the anti-PP bullshite about it killing babies and abortion being murder. That's now the perception.
