Not the crime. The woman is a POS. I just don't think she should be charged with a felony and would like to be convinced otherwise. It was her dog. Animal cruelty - yes, but a felony? No.

That was my point. I know it's illegal and I'm not going to jail for it. But animal cruelty upsets me to the point that yes, I would really want to kill people that do it if I didnt have to suffer the consequences.
I also feel the same way about pedos, rapists, and people who drive on the shoulder to get ahead of traffic.
