Looks like the very well rounded and successful people who work hard to run this site didn't care much for your help board thread. Pretty funny watching you post calling me a liar when you have no idea who I am and your friend probably doesn't either. You pretty much come across as a huge pussy.

No, I've gone through life and BSed my way to three college degrees without knowing basic civics.
In Nebraska, where this crime occurred, the crimes I listed upthread are considered third degree felonies alongside animal cruelty.

And I edited that. Obviously, with the context clues I included, I assumed that it was known I wasnt talking about a run of the mill average person. I was talking about someone that deserved to die like a rapists, a child molesterer, jihadist, etc.

You didn't say that. You said stranger. Random stranger. If you would have said I would shoot the rapist/child molestor/jihadist 11/10 times over your dog, you wouldn't have offended anyone.

And don't get me wrong, it's completely fricked up and she should face some sort of penalty, but a felony charge. It's crazy how high of a value we put on animals in our society (and I fricking love animals).

No I didnt say random stranger. You assumed I meant random stranger. I even mentioned that "ALOT" of people out there deserve to die. Obviously not talking about the majority of people who are decent.
