I didn;t realize until I looked at a map, I was thinking they put in near Daytona, they were closer to Miami.

Sure they could drift that for in four days.

The boat drifted 180 miles in less than three days.

Some "expert" (in quotes because I don't know his qualifications) on the news said that if they were in the Gulf Stream, they could be off the Georgia coast by now.

How far away is it?

They very well could have drifted 200 miles in 4 days

The focus has been on people looking out from south FL to GA today, so I assume there is a reason they chose that swath.
