Most of what he said is bullshite that isn't slanderous. Unfortunately the dumbass's accusations went too far and probably crossed the line in one spit. Given the right judge I could see credit give to this.

What about it crossed the line? The government report concluded an earthquake didn't collapse the mine. Oliver said Murray still claims an earthquake caused it despite the government report.

First off do you really think Oliver's lawyers didn't go through this and make sure it wasn't foolproof?
Secondly, what if Hillary sued Hannity for all the shite he's said about her? Would that change your mind a bit? No, you'd be calling her out.
I love when people on the Right call SJWs pussies, but they pitch a fit when it happens right back at them. Anyone who thinks Oliver should be sued for this is no better than punks who try to shut down college speakers.
