Okay? But we don't. If he's different in person, great. Many people act differently online. He's not the only one to come off as a dick but is perfectly nice IRL. Doesn't change the fact that people come off as dicks.

Record breaking years the last couple years and I'm expecting most employees to cap out at a $20 gift card, and an invite to the dish to pass Christmas party. I'll get my nice year end incentives for hitting my own goals but id qualify as the exception there
I suggested a reward of lunch for the highest achieving department quarterly instead of just an email saying good work and was told that drew brees doesn't need a car for every Td he throws to be motivated to win the super bowl. It was an odd response.

Maybe I'm not familiar with the term "tool", but he has never listed anything on here or any other board that I couldn't testify the validity of.

Work for a publicly traded engineering firm. LOL at any kind of bonus. As one of my bosses said "your bonus comes every two weeks"... A biweekly paycheck
