I have a headache this morning so I'm trying to get a rise out of someone.

To answer the OP, I pay myself accordingly all year, no need for a bonus.

I can be a real a-hole, douche, tool or whatever descriptive term you use. I've found purging it on here helps keep me from doing it in real life. Almost like therapy but free. I'm equally disliked, if not more so, on the Arkansas board for trolling my own fanbase. I honestly can't resist when I see people taking this shite so serious. It's wrong. I know, but can't help it sometime. If I see a hornets nest, I HAVE to hit that mf'er with a football.

Where did this term come from?

When I hear tool I think of actual tools or that shitty band.

Oh you silly boy....
My knees have little to do with my inability to run.

Sometimes I'll bite. Until I realized that's what you want. But if I sense you're all redfaced and mad n shite on the other end, it's on sometimes. I'll try and stop before someone goes all insane and shite, and try not to mess with posters that seem to be of low intelligence or are likely bullied in real life and come on here to seek vengeance. I prefer antagonizing dicks like Stout and GRtiger that are pissed at the world, think they're the shite even though the world often proves to them otherwise, and blame everyone else for their failures and shortcomings. But I could be wrong.

Thankfully I learned early and swim and bike more than run. Way less stressful on your knees. It's not like I wouldn't enjoy running but I watched too many friends bust their knees up.

Someone mentioned earlier that companies that pay bonuses don't pay their employees accordingly. To me, if it's a guaranteed bonus, they're actually helping their employees by essentially saving them from spending it. Kind of like a savings account that can only touched once a year.

Several years ago (about 5 maybe?) it was a $100 visa gift card, a turkey, and we'd have a xmas party at some hotel ballroom with food and open bar. The next year they dropped the gift card, then the turkey, then the party was moved to the company shop, and then dropped all together. Its all gravy though. I'm well compensated and the boss usually will give an extra day off with pay sometime around that time.

SoH offers a lot of perks, I would't mind working for the guy. My only issue is with the sick/pto. I have NO qualms coming into work sick, however, those who have a sick kid or something would be hard pressed to make accommodations. But I can also see the same hardship on the business if/when that should happen as well. No job is perfect, unless you own the thing. And even then there is still massive bullshite to put up with.
