Why did he jump from hourly to monthly salary in same sentence?

Why couldn't he just say what you said. Non Full-time and full-time would have worked as well.

He was too inconsistent in his description, he jumped naming schemes and number schemes.

Again, I get what he meant but it's just shitty writing, that's all.

That's like me going:

"I started this job making $23/hr and now I'm full-time and I make $52,000 before taxes"

just shitty, if you dont see the errors in the usage of words and figures there, then sorry.

im done with this thread.

The guy that owns the one on Siegen Lane in Baton Rouge did the same thing when he renovated this year.

Dude is probably a Chik Fila franchise owner. That is an incredibly hard thing to get to become. Very high financial requirements and resources. Even adding a restaurant to an existing franchise is hard with Chik Fila. So, this guy did the right thing by his people, but suspect he had the cash to do it.

I once asked a manager at a Chick-fil-a what they had done during renovations. He said that the employees just worked at other locations for the few months. It wasn't 5 months though.

It seems pretty clear to me he's referring to two different levels of pay for two different types of employees.

Chick-fil-A is awesome.

With that amount of money, why didn't he put the employees to work someplace else instead of giving a hand out?

Chick Fil A might be the best operation on the planet. Truett Cathy built a wonderful organization that is thriving in an anti-Christian America. Well done Mr. Cathy, well done.
