A lot of fat guys justifying being fat in here. If you are 5'8" youd be shocked at what you would have to weigh to be fit. Cause none of you frickers have the muscle composition you think you have when you say "well i have thick legs" or "im denser than that"

Yep. I am 5'8" 155 with a decent amount of muscle. Most people here would think I need to gain a ton of weight.
