She kept calling me a nuisance even though I have never ever interacted with anyone in my apartment building before. She must have had me confused with someone else. When I am in the building I am basically a hermit. I even enter the building through a side stairwell instead of the main entrance

The problem with potheads is that even though my building is no smoking, idiots smoke in their rooms anyway and of course it will waft/go through the air vents into my room. Stinks up the whole place. It's really bad in the summer time when you have to have your windows open

i have , my buddies x-gf was a count on pot, and would be very aggressive after smoking. I've seen her pop in in the head, just act a fool.
If she smoked a shite load of it, she would be super mellow and usually just chill. She smoked a little, she became a freakin bitch. It was weird.
I didn't smoke, so i was able to give first hand accounts. She's lucky she was a girl, had she been a dude, she would of got her teeth kicked in for the shite she pulled.

Looks to me like they felt you were exacerbating the situation and interfering with their ability to reach a peaceful settlement.
Probably would be one of those arrests that the judge would toss, but you'd still get to sit next to Bubba in a cell for a little bit.

I'm confused here. So the cops showed up to keep everyone else in the building from harassing her so she could disrupt everyone else's evening because her gf locked her out? If they're there to try to keep her calm, then I understand not wanting other people's interference, but after an hour of their "assistance" and she's still out there making a disturbance? Sounds like those officers couldn't handle or resolve such a simple situation, and should have called for back up.
