Truth. Yes, crime has continued to fall yet we still have massive police departments. In turn, with crime falling, instead of spending 90% of their time targeting hardcore crime, they've slowly moved to popping citizens with petty crimes. THAT in my opinion is a major issue with modern day policing in the USA.

Hammond is paid more than BR on that site, I am not sure how accurate it is.

It's probably considered 'danger pay' because of Tangipahoa Parish.....

Indicting someone is easy. Convicting them is extremely hard without physical evidence(DNA), multiple witnesses, Video and a confession.

Don't be surprised if they do not get a conviction.
