when does he get charged for rape?

Assistant District Attorney Sue Bernie, who is Moore’s chief sex crimes prosecutor, said the alleged facts of the case do not fit the state’s forcible rape statute. That law requires force or threat of physical violence by the defendant, but neither was alleged by the victim, she said.

Yes, I'm sure there was no threat of violence from the officers. We all know how restrained they are, particularly ones who like to kidnap and rape people

You're slacking.

It took you until the second page to defend your buds.

You should set up like a pager or something for the BRPD threads.

It sounds to me from reading the article like the victim herself didn't allege any threat of violence in her complaint.

I assume if she decides to change her statement about the incident to say the officer said he was going to shoot or beat her if she didn't comply then rape charges could be added to the indictment.

1. Why do they have enough time on shift to do this?

I guess after controlling crime in Baton Rouge they can tie up three officers and three cars on a shift and no one questions this?

2. Who is supervising them?

3. Is this the type of police department that you want representing your city?

4. Why does the BRPD get to investigate themselves when you have a sheriffs dept that should be investigating this incident?

I wonder how many more criminal actions by officers is the brpd covering up so they don't look bad?

Yes, I'm sure giving a complaint to the same people who raped her is always a good environment for speaking openly.

Your reading comprehension skills suck mightily if you think any post I've made on this incident, either in this thread or the multiple threads started on it last week, comes anywhere near the definition of "defending" the criminals who abused their police positions. All three of those guys need to go to Angola for a few years, IMO.

Why are you stalking me with irrelevant comments? Still butt hurt??

The relationship between BRPD and Baton Rouge citizens is one of miscommunication.

Citizenry: "Okay, police department. Please protect and serve us."

BRPD: "Okay!"

*BRPD starts setting up numerous DWI checkpoints, inspection sticker checkpoints, and the like.*

Citizenry: "No, no, no, no, NO! That's not what we meant. Rapists, murderers, drug dealers."

BRPD: "Oh.....okay."

*BRPD starts raping and murdering the citizens of Baton Rouge.*

Citizenry: "WHAT THE frick IS WRONG WITH YOU IDIOTS?!"

BRPD: " "

How is the threat of illegal physical confinement not the threat of force/violence?

2 BRPD cops were fricking my neighbor's wife.
Classy police force there.

It was the assistant DA who said the victim didn't include accusations of threats.

Do you know for a fact that the victim has only spoken to the police about the incident and not to the DA's investigating people? I don't know the answer to that question.

I do know the DA issued an indictment against all three so I would hope the DA's office would include some direct questioning of the victim before doing that.

Please call the DA's office for an answer to your question and post what you learn. I'd like to know the answer myself. Thanks.

BRPD and the police union will do all they can to shut her up.

If you complain to the brpd about crime watch out they will be at your house the next day harassing you.

When you complain about that their supervisors will cover it up.

Been there and done that.

I leaned you don't question kip Holden's thug force.

BRPD's new motto "if we cannot fight crime we mise well harass citizens who complain."

Right
Business is booming for drug dealers in my old neighborhood.

Almost seems like brpd protects them.

They didn't have to. LA laws are setup to frick the husband, and father in divorces anyway.
But, that's another thread for another time.
