Well then your sleeping pills will be but a temporary reprieve. Sounds like you have some house keeping to do.

You can get anything you want without a prescription if you know the right people.

Melatonin doesn't work for me. I'm gonna try Zquil next.

I've been taking melatonin for a while. I liked that it didn't make me drowsy the next day.

It has kinda of stopped working for me. I'm just looking for something to knock me out for a little while so I can get myself back into a good sleep cycle and not have to take anything.

Sleep mask, milk, melatonin, ambien, heroin, masturbation. This combo works every time.

Edit to say ATTEMPTED masturbation. Cause once that h and that melatonin kicks in, you're not getting your rocks off.

Go run six miles. Or set your alarm super early for a couple of days. Taking something will not get you back into a good sleep pattern. Wake up at 4:30 and run or some other exercise. You'll sleep tomorrow night.

Unisom with doxylamine, you can get the walgreens brand and that works even better I think. I'm a grown arse man and I have to split the tiny pill in half

I have also heard that putting your pillow in the freezer before bed helps by keeping your head cool.
