why don't specific businesses buy wheel locks, hire one guy to put the wheel lock on the car and keep the money for themselves?

I got a wheel lock put on my car once. I got in the truck, grabbed the jack, then changed the tire, then at home cut the wheel lock off.
They do not stop shite.
Now the ones the NOPD uses... they got me scared.

Because riverside tows way more cars than those that are parked illegally.

Scroll down. Private property towing is a $102 flat rate. Private property towing using go jacks is $125 flat rate. Storage fees are $18/day

These threads continue to pop up but no one wants to take my advice. If enough of the students truly wanted to stop this they could. Start a facebook account for just this and to get a large group of people together. Take turns all of hours of the night and day to follow them and film everything they do. Absolutely no one likes a camera being shoved in their face. Follow them and document everything. Either they are going to get so intimidated they will confront and maybe even assault you or they will get caught and filmed fricking up and doing something illegal. Either way undeniable proof will be available .

I know someone who wanted to get a junk car, tow it to an illegal spot and set up an IED in it. with a mercury switch and a timer.

I was towed from a visitor spot. The tapes from their truck disappeared and the fricking apt complex said they had no camera on that spot. Kickbacks... frick the guy that runs that place and that meth head bitch that is at the gate.
