35-45% of 350,000,000 documented people is quite a large crowd for advertisers, not to mention Canada.

What the hell do you hunt after dark, on a Sunday night in February?

am a CFB fan, so to me, football ends in early-January. I haven't cared for the NFL much...
Except for the Saints super bowl year.

My NFL days were mostly in the 1960s and 70s, before rampant free agentry exposed the actual totally for profit motive of not only owners but also players. Plus moving teams from one city to another. Before that I could pretend because it wasn't so obvious. I wanted to believe the players and franchises were loyal to whatever city their team was in. But I was a kid then, in my teens and early 20s. My interest began to really fade in my mid 40s, to the point I'm at now in my upper 60s, the point of IDGAF about the NFL, except for the Saints. Of course, I do truly always wish all former LSU players the best, in spite of reigning apathy. And I celebrate their individual successes.

But to original question - I don't care much about NFL anything and probably won't watch.
