I hate assholes who race on regular streets...they don't think about other peoples lives plus they bring the cops on those roads and pull people over for going anything over the speed limit.

I like how that POS had to leave the sidewalk and come across two lanes to get next to the car. Convenient that he had his BF filming for him.

No, I meant if it was a routine thing. It had to be for this numbnuts to show up with a buddy to film his rock throw.

It looks like the rock thrower was prepared. That leads me to beleive that these guys were running up and down this street multiple times. I don't think he heard them coming and just picked up a rock. He knew what they were doing and was tired of it. If that was the case, good for him. I wouldn't want someone using my street to test out their toys.
