We had it figured out too but women fricked that up when they started wanting to work outside the home.

Go back to the '40s, bud. We don't need you here in modern America.

That's right. Corporate bureaucracies must advance at all costs. Quaint patriarchal notions such as propagation of the species and building family units must be smashed by the corporate tool of feminism.

Wow. Wow wow wow. Just... Wow.

So we should go back to women being barefoot and pregnant because women in the workplace is an attack "family units" and "the propagation of the species." Holy fricking shite, man.

Not really, I stayed at my first job for 10 months and my second for 5 months. I've been at my third for 4 years, my two early job jumps didn't hurt my career at all. If you're moving upward with every jump, you're okay.

I would respond with substantive points, but I'm always amazed by overly hyperbolic responses along the lines of "Wow. Wow wow. Just...Wow." This is the hallmark of a gamma male. By all mean, carry on your march.

While I appreciate how strongly you feel about equality in the workplace, please realize you are being trolled and having your buttons pushed deliberately

Would anyone here agree a part of the problem is the inability of new grads to relocate somewhere new for work?

Eh, there is no inability, there is a refusal to move to cities where jobs are. Which is completely the fault of the person refusing to leave.

relocating isn't cheap - if someone is offered a position with relocation paid, then I agree with you. A lot of companies don't offer that though.

That's a really good point.

Hell, just switching apartments in my own city is expensive between the deposit and rent due up front.

The species is propagating a little too much, if you ask me.

So your solution is that the people who are able to obtain higher profile corporate jobs are the ones who should be propagating less? Interesting.
