Frivolous lawsuits like this are generally only filed by activist lawyers who don't give a shite about losing money. The average plaintiff's attorney can't afford to file frivolous suits because you do not get paid until there is a settlement or verdict. This notion that the court system is filled with frivolous suits is generally false. I mean for shite's sake, just filing a suit in Orleans Parish costs over $600.

Welp...they've got the catch phrase. I think that's all that is needed in a court of law.

While it's stupid they are basically saying their community has no self-control, I'm glad to see a conversation has started in the black community about the ridiculous intake of sugar drinks.

They should also sue the government for allowing sodas to be bought with food stamps. And maybe also the lobbyists who bribe politicians on both sides to continue to let food stamps be used to buy absolute shite.

A lifelong food stamp recipient spends 50k(???) on sugar shite and in return costs the government or users of healthcare (everyone) 500k to treat their diabetes. Treatment, hospital amputation, disability, hospital treatment again for infection...ect

Surprised it didn't specifically state the Fanta and Sprite brands.

Will hillbillies sue Pepsi next over their rotten teeth due to drinking too much Mt Dew?

Its not just Coca-Cola, it's the entire Western ready made foods and beverages industry. However, no lawsuits will be won bc the FDA and the USGov have steered the industry in that direction.

We need to force plaintiffs to pay the defense's legal fees if they lose to cut down on the number on frivolous suits like this that waste time, money, and clog up the court system

You didn't know black people were powerless against flashy signs?

They can't resist advertisements for fast food, cigarettes, and sugary drinks according to various lawsuits.

You ever been to a black church on Sunday? All of their preaching is poetic, rhymes, and they even have background music that goes along with the sermon.

Black people get into their churchn'.

My white preacher at my white church tells dad jokes.

Once again, we see a group claim that black people are just too dumb to know that something like Coke is bad for them when consumed excessively.

I drink a lot of sodas, and I'm not an ounce overweight. But I also know how to use a scale and eat accordingly.

Has anyone told them that Coca-Cola also owns Sprite? Could be a dealbreaker.

I mean, it's definitely true, but that doesn't make it Coca-Cola's fault.
