I never realized Coca-Cola is the manufacturer of Purple Drank.

I bet, although I do not know, that these make zero difference.

I think all manufacturers of food and beverages should be required to put all the nutrition information on the label.

Surprised it didn't specifically state the Fanta and Sprite brands. Will hillbillies sue Pepsi next over their rotten teeth due to drinking too much Mt Dew?

You need to get your drinks straight. Southerners don't drink Pepsi, that's a Yankee drink.

Mt Dew has been totally taken over by the gamer.

Fanta was developed by Coca-Cola in Germany because they couldn't get other supplies during WW2. The one person you can blame for that drink is literally Hitler.

It's southern crack.
Or Rednectar
Or nectar of the tards.

It's dogpiss imo. I have maybe 5 cokes a year for the past 5 or so years. Once you boot them, you don't miss them.

That 1 Dr Pepper every 3-4 months tastes sooooo good though.

Frivolous lawsuits like this are generally only filed by activist lawyers who don't give a shite about losing money. The average plaintiff's attorney can't afford to file frivolous suits because you do not get paid until there is a settlement or verdict. This notion that the court system is filled with frivolous suits is generally false. I mean for shite's sake, just filing a suit in Orleans Parish costs over $600.

also, these suits are typically filed under "consumer protection" laws

just reading this

quote:

“There’s a great deal of misinformation in our communities, and I think that’s largely a function of these deceptive marketing campaigns.”

makes me think it's a "consumer protection" or "deceptive marketing" theory

these are almost always not "regular" lawsuits

Many black pastors are just community organizers (shite stirrers) and wouldn't know the gospel if it walked up and bit them on the arse.

He'd be better off going after the shitty arse foods served in schools that turn kids away from anyone remotely healthy if parents don't reinforce healthy habits in the home.

Or the fact that you can buy junk food with a WIC card.

Or that some cities are more concerned with building bike lanes and tearing down statutes instead of making positive changes in communities like groceries in areas where there are absolute food deserts.

But I'm going to digress.

Many black pastors are nothing more than narcissistic money hustlers and tax evaders.
