We need to force plaintiffs to pay the defense's legal fees if they lose to cut down on the number on frivolous suits like this that waste time, money, and clog up the court system.
I remember the first time I heard this...1968.

Wonder how this will actually be argued. What is deceptive about Coke's marketing?

Only plaintiffs? You don't think defendants should have to pay plaintiffs' legal fees if they lose?
Newsflash: the clog in our court system is not the result of personal injury plaintiffs filing frivolous lawsuits. The area of litigation that is responsible for practically 100% of the increase in litigation over the last few decades is litigation of disputes between corporations.

I'm leaning towards the Ancient Rome method- the accuser had to prove his case, if he failed then he was punished as if he had committed the crime he accused the other man of.
They didn't frick around with false accusations.

Once again, we see a group claim that black people are just too dumb to know that something
To be fair, for the most part, they are pretty dumb as a group goes.

Yep, this all started with Johnny Cochran and the OJ trial. Most of these lawyers and preachers are wannabe rap stars anyway.

Those communities also consume more soda and are more exposed to advertising about soda.
This reminds me of that stupid arse anti smoking commercial that claims ads about cigarettes are "profiling" black people.
Dumbest claim ive heard in awhile. Its marketing genius, get over yourselves.

Too many blacks refuse to be accountable, FOR ANYTHING. Whites probably abuse disability more so not saying there aren't issues on them other side too.

Umm...defendants do end up paying plaintiff's attorney fees one way or another if the plaintiff wins

Where do you live where water is free?
Posted on 7/18/17 at 1:04 pm to TexasTiger1185
Im assuming if the gvmt pays for housing it also foots the water bill.
While not "free" I would think most people would agree that its substantially cheaper than just drinking soft drinks.

Before clicking the thread I was expecting the suit to be related to coke being black.
I was expecting these retards to blame Coca Cola for the crack cocaine problem. Which would've made just as much sense as this.

Um...no they don't. In most cases, the plaintiff pays his own legal fees out of the compensation he receives, which is HIS money, so he is giving up part of the compensation for his lost wages, medical bills, etc. to pay his attorney.
