Did we decide how we would posting results? Daily or at the end of the month?

Down to boxers, t-shirt and socks for my first "in-office" reps. Hope no one needs me. Trying to knock out a 100 at least.

A quick excel calculation tells me that if I do 4 sets daily, and increase the reps by 1 each set, then the math works out. Starting with 25: Day 1: 25+26+27+28=106 Day 30: 141+142+143+144=570 Total in 30 days: 10,140

I'm going to do something similar. But 7 sets a day. First day is 7 sets of 20. Then add 2 reps each set. So day two is 7 sets of 22. Day 3 is 24, etc. Ends up being 10,290 over 30 days.

You only end up doing 1,274 the first week, so it isn't going to kill you right off the bat. Ups it to 1,960 the second week. 2,646 week 3. 3,332 week 4. Then 532 and 546 the last two days. Really you end up doing almost half of them in the last 10 days.

I also modeled it out doing 5 sets, and adding 3 reps per set each day. Starting at 25 reps on day 1. That gets you to 10,275. I'm going to stick with the 7 sets each day and reassess how I feel after a week. I may want to switch to longer sets and do fewer of them after ramping up.

150 down so far....I find sets of 50 are really easy (split into 25 rest a few seconds and 25 more). I am not a beginner but I am not really advanced either.

I did two sets during the commercial breaks of the Baseball game!

I got started really late today so I need to catch up.

I just finished. Woke up right after midnight and been doing pushups straight since then. I started and just felt good, so I kept going. I'm pretty tired right now, but I get 29 days to recover.

I'm in. Did 100 this morning.

Maybe we can have a google drive where we update the results and the OP posts the total in the first post?
