I'm agreeing with you on this one. I just dont see the need for him. With Colston, Moore, Toon, and Stills, Meach would never touch the field.

He'd probably make a better safety than Jenkins.

Do not like. This is taking deep threat targets from Kenny.

I don't even want to speak of it, but...dammit, maybe something is up with Toon?

Don't start that snowball.

Meachem is signing a one day deal. Book it.

We won't hear an injury report until Wednesday.

Remember when the Saints signed Mike McKenzie off the street and he had like 2 INT's against the Pats? Is that how that went or am I remembering wrong?

Maybe this is some bare minumum "so many days" contract, just to see what he can do. Get him to practice.

I remember one pick, could have been two.

I thought it was "almost" 2. Had the first one, and stepped in front of one that might have been 6 the other way but couldn't hang on.

I think we got permission from RG to cut the vet minimum in half and split between Robert Meachem and Michael Lewis.

Still...I was at that game and it was incredible. I don't care that they sign Meachem if they think he helps them more than Tanner, but I do feel bad if this is yet another Tanner cut.

Meachem is a solid blocker in the run game. We can just tell him to take the top off the defenses and block on run plays.

The only way Meachem is taking the top off of anything is becoming a barber.
