I doubt Fuller is paying him anywhere close to that lol.

And in a high profile case with national media attention? I sure as shite ain't risking my reputation like that. I get paid either way.

Guy has been a PI barely over a year. He's getting his name out there.

No ramifications? The dude isn't lying on the stand under oath because he was payed a lot of money. The defendant is no OJ Simpson. He's got very little cash. Most of which is tied up in an H2.

1. he settles with the city for a lot of money not too long ago.

2. i don't think h PI is making it up. I think there is a crazy witness out there making shite up or that actually believes they saw that. Now that doesn't mean it happened. Likely it didn't happen.

3. There will be physical evidence that decides this case.

Fuller hasn't said a thing under oath. We are talking about the Defense attorney right?

Maybe you're talking about the PI. And in that case...prove he's lying.

Hayes was clearly armed when he approached Smith's vehicle
this isn't a fact

DO you think Hayes say Smith's gun, ran back to his car, got a gun ran back to Smith's car and someone shot him in the back?
It was reported that the shots came after Smith's party thought the confontation was over. That could easily mean that Hayes had gone back to his vehicle.

quote:

Now you can argue that he didn't intentionally rear end him, whatever. We know he followed him and rear ended him.
No proof that Hayes rear ended him on purpose. Are we to assume that Smith rear ended Hayes on purpose at the initial accident? Like I said that post was all made up except for Smith being shot in the back.

I'm talking about the PI.

Sorry, I just don't buy a PI lying under oath about what he was told because he's trying to get his name out there.

that then becomes a huge problem for the defense when the trial comes b/c that witness will HAVE to testify b/c the PI will not be able to due to it being hearsay

Travers Mackel reported the attorney said multi-million dollar settlements

So take that with a grain of salt.

$100,000 is a very small settlement for a shooting case.

He says someone told him that. If it turns out to be a lie, it isn't on him. He becomes known as "defense friendly."

Probably the same person that told the media that the Saints tried to trade up to #1 for a QB.
