Forget Beckham and Landry. Moncrief could be the star of this WR draft. Both Landry and Beckham could be good pros, but Moncrief could be a great pro. He had Bo Wallace throwing to him...
6'2"
221 lb
4.40 40
39.5 vertical

My ideal situation would be Matthews in the 1st. If not that Beckham unless a top 15 type value at Corner is available. If we draft said corner then Moncrief in the 2nd or 3rd.

Moncrief is pretty damn good. Wouldn't be against this.

Every year we think we're getting an LSU player, and the last guy we got from LSU was Al Woods.

seems like we should pray gilbert falls and get a WR in the 2nd. Seems like a playmaker can be found that late. Even the 3rd I wouldn't be mad.

Yea,I know he is good...It's just "Forget Beckham and Landry."...I wouldn't go THAT far!...And I mean at least elaborate a little bit more on why you feel he will better than both or has higher potential.

Me too.

I don't really care who it is. I don't really know anyone about the college players to be honest with you. There's too much stuff to keep up with, so outside of a few guys, I just roll with it and then read up on our guys after the draft.

I can almost say for certain that we won't draft OBJ or Landry because the board wants it so bad.

I don't see him falling. ...Dennard might though, depending on his 40 time...He locks up one whole side of the field!

I don't see him falling either, but most people love Dennard > Gilbert. Hopefully either guys can last. I'd be opposed to send a 1st + 3rd or 4th to move up to grab a CB though.

I think this draft is a draft we should move back and grab another 2nd rounder + a 2015 1st rounder (looking at a trade similar to ingram's might not happen, but never know). It's pretty deep in CB/WR that we could still shore up both with 2 2nd rounders

Way to sabotage your own thread.

As long as we get EJ Gaines in the 2nd who cares

Matthews or Moncrief would be a great pick

A lot of guys ran exceptionally well today. Going to be interesting. And yeah I'd take a guy with moncrief's frame over either of the LSU guys all day.
