For me it was watching BDJ develop but now that he's hurt I don't know what to look for. We just have 3 guys who will chuck for their next pay day with Gordon, Cole, and Ryan.

The fact that we have Anthony Freaking Davis. 59/20 is a possibility every game. That alone is reason enough to watch IMO.

Edit for all you down vote haters:

The Pels will either get better or they won't. No one on this board can do anything about it. In the meantime, we have one of the top 3-5 players in the NBA playing for our team. Enjoy watching him be great, because that is all you can do.

Jen Hale. I get lonely at night sometimes and she brings a smile to my face.

We have a generational talent that 90% of NBA fans never get on their team.

Win or lose, being able to watch AD is worth it to me to go to the games and watch on TV. Pretty good chance that well never get a talent like him on a NOLA basketball team in our lifetime, so willfully choosing not to watch is stupid imo, if you are a basketball fan.

Kind of like LSU football this year. I'm confident we'll be damn strong, but win or lose, we only have 12-14 games of Leonard Fournette left. Willfully choosing not to watch is only doing yourself a disservice.

I'd like to watch and see the team get better at Gentryball. Unfortunately you aren't seeing many future Pels play right now.

I've been a fan of the hornets/Pelicans and I like watching basketball in general.

Sadly that will get a lot of bites and will completely derail the thread.

What's more important, the thread to be 'on topic' of for people to realize that there's more to being a top 5 player in the NBA than a box score and that you gotta have leadership skills and make your teammates better skills to be truly elite in this L?
