Orlando will certainly be in the mix for worst record IMO, but I still like what I am seeing from Pels.

Man, if the choice is between Gee and Stephenson, I don't know if its much of a decision for me.
I don't know what Gee does well on the court. Stephenson has ups and downs, but at least he has ups. During the downs, you can just yank him. Gee is jut kind of out there, because 5 guys are required. Adds nothing

Damn. Some REALLY nice passing with Frazier, Stephenson, Jones, and Davis in the lineup together.

When Stephenson takes a shot, he takes it away from Buddy or Jones or Galloway. When Gee does "nothing", he essentially gives those shots back to those guys. So that is a positive for him in my book.
Plus, when our guys come back, Gee will accept a 12th man role and be a good guy in the locker room and be tight with AD. Can you guarantee the same for Lance? Doubtful.
I would pick Gee over Lance 100 out of 100 times.

The one thought going through my mind right now is this, you cut Gee and there is a solid to good chance he is around if you need a body in a few months if we get hit with injuries.
You cut Lance and there is a good to great chance he is picked up by one of the desperate teams like Sacramento and if someone like Frazier gets knocked out before Jrue can come back, you're calling up the Gal Mekel's of the world.

AD needs to start going after shots, blocking shots. He was amazing his first 2 years and he doesn't even try anymore

Honestly I'd rather him become a better technical defender then have him roaming around looking for blocks, at times hurting team defense and allowing breakdowns.
