What is the most disappointed you've been by a show/movie?

The list of TV Shows that underachieved is immense. I really thought "Lost" has to be up there but the "Blacklist" has to be up there.

My greatest movie disappointment goes to "Prometheus."

I agree with you. However, you are about to be blasted.

"Lost" was a pilot that got picked up but had no end game, as evidenced by the ending.

What movie is this? Some concept for a porn parody? Comic book for retarded kids?

Because I know for CERTAIN that this isn't a real movie. It SURELY never had a screen play written, actors cast, or film shot.

In fact, there's no historical evidence anywhere that such a movie ever existed.

As far as disappointments:

The ending of Lost
The ending of Battlestar Gallactica
The ending of Quantum Leap
The ending of Seinfeld
John Carter
X-Men United
IT (TV Movie)

The end of the Sopranos. Not so much for the ambiguous ending, but because I thought my satellite signal had died and I missed the ending.

Should be my clear leader - but I didn't even watch it voluntarily as I had already been clued in to how bad it was - I was on a plane to Iraq and dozed through most of it. Really, truly terrible, but I was, more or less prepared for it.

No - and many of you can already guess it - it was the hype around a particular 2009 film that I initially indicated I would pass on - however, family and friends convinced me to give it a try and I sat through every agonizing frame of this terrible, terrible film...

Star Trek (2009) -

I'm fairly certain I have some level of PTSD due to this film.
