Maybe it is just a pet peeve of mine. Regardless, I am not surprised that someone who chooses "lazy" to describe a movie was too stuck up to enjoy this hilarious film.

I get you didn't like it. But here's my question. What were you expecting? I watched it on Sunday and it's exactly how I imagined it. I enjoyed it and laughed a lot.
Nothing ground breaking, but it was something different with all the actors playing themselves and tons of cameos.

I don't know what you were expecting. It was advertised as a disaster/sci fi comedy. It showed people being beamed up in the trailers

I went in expecting a bunch of funny stoners getting together and making fun of all of the end of days type movies being thrown out these days. It was like a funny version of Cabin in the Woods. I laughed a lot during this movie.

I am not a fan of any of those actors and watched it only because the rating system gave it 4 stars. LOVED it. It did not get to it's best until 4th viewing. One of my favorite movies. I really don't understand the negatives on this. Skinny black haired dude was awesome.

I thought it was alright. The first 30 minutes or so were great. While there were some great moments in the rest of the movie, overall it did drag. Jonah Hill was by far the best part of the movie.
And I usually love these movies. I can't get enough of Pineapple Express.

It's one of the few movies that I actually enjoyed McBride in. One of my top 10 comedies for sure. Saw it at the theater and loved it, and like it more on each rewatch.
